Vehicle Pass BV offers a digital vehicle information service under the Vehicle Pass brand. The service allows users to request a Vehicle Pass report based on a vehicle identification number (VIN) and other relevant vehicle data.

A Vehicle Pass report may include, depending on data availability, maintenance history, vehicle details, odometer-related observations, known issues, translated report content, and a downloadable PDF summary.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only in relation to vehicles you are entitled to check.

You must provide accurate information when placing an order.
You may not misuse the website, automate abusive requests, or attempt to interfere with the service.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute reports as a commercial database product without prior written permission.

3. Nature of the report

The Vehicle Pass report is an informational product. It is designed to help users review available vehicle maintenance and condition-related data in a clear format.

The report is not a warranty, guarantee, appraisal, inspection certificate, or purchase recommendation.
The report does not replace an independent technical inspection, roadworthiness check, or manufacturer record verification.
The content of the report depends on external data providers, source systems, and the records available for the specific vehicle.

4. Data sources and limitations

Vehicle Pass relies on third-party and external data sources to retrieve and compile report content. While we aim to present the retrieved information accurately, we do not control the source records themselves.

Records may be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, translated, or unavailable.
The absence of a record does not prove that an event, service, repair, or issue did not occur.
Vehicle images, model details, and other enrichments may be illustrative and may not always reflect the exact trim, color, or market specification.

5. Orders, payment, and digital delivery

The price displayed at checkout applies to the specific order. Payment must be successfully completed before the report retrieval flow begins, unless we explicitly offer a different checkout arrangement.

Because the service is digital and begins processing shortly after payment, delivery may start immediately once your order is confirmed. If consumer law in your country gives you withdrawal rights for digital services, those rights may be limited once you have requested immediate performance of the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Refunds

If no official report data can be retrieved for the requested vehicle and no Vehicle Pass can be created, Vehicle Pass may offer or initiate a refund in line with the checkout promise shown at the time of purchase.

A completed order is generally non-refundable once a report has been successfully retrieved or delivered, except where required by law.
Refund decisions may depend on whether report creation failed because of source unavailability, invalid input, payment status, or other factors outside our control.

7. Availability and service levels
