FAQ

Everything you want to know before ordering

Vehicle Pass is designed as a clear, source-based report. These questions explain what you receive, how the data is retrieved, and what the report does and does not tell you.

Vehicle Pass is a digital service report for officially registered vehicle maintenance and service data. It is based on the vehicle’s VIN and delivered as a downloadable PDF.

Vehicle Pass is a digital service report that shows officially registered maintenance and service data for a vehicle based on its VIN. The report contains data similar to what used to be recorded in a vehicle’s service booklet, when that information is available digitally. These records are registered by dealerships, workshops, or service providers in the official Digital Service Register (DSR).

You receive a downloadable PDF report with a clear structure. It includes, among other things, the vehicle summary, the registered maintenance timeline in the brand’s digital service register, and the corresponding mileage readings.

Most reports are generated within a few minutes. In some cases, retrieving official maintenance data may take longer, depending on the response time of the source.

If no maintenance records are registered for the vehicle, the amount will be refunded automatically.

No. Vehicle Pass does not replace a technical inspection and does not provide any guarantee about the current condition of the vehicle. The report provides a source-based starting point for making a better-informed decision.

Yes. The report is delivered as a downloadable PDF, so you can keep it and share it with buyers, sellers, colleagues, or customers whenever needed.

A Vehicle Pass report includes officially registered maintenance and service data when available. This may include maintenance and service events, dates, recorded mileage per registration, registered work and parts where available, and basic vehicle details such as make, model, and year.

Vehicle Pass contains registered facts only. It does not include opinions, technical assessments, purchase advice, warranty, guarantees, informal maintenance, or repairs that were not officially recorded. The absence of a registration does not automatically mean that maintenance did not take place.

No. Vehicle Pass is not a technical inspection and does not assess the current mechanical condition of a vehicle. It shows officially registered maintenance and service data that is available for the VIN at the time of request.

Vehicle Pass is not a physical service booklet. It is a digital PDF report based on officially registered data. The information can be similar to what used to be recorded in a service booklet, but it depends on what has been registered digitally for the vehicle.

The Digital Service Register (DSR) is an official digital system where maintenance and service records may be registered by dealerships, workshops, or service providers. Vehicle Pass uses available registered data from these official digital service systems to create a clear PDF overview.

A vehicle may have no available maintenance data if no official digital records are available for the VIN, if records were not registered digitally, or if the relevant source does not return data for that vehicle. This does not automatically prove that the vehicle was not maintained.

If no official maintenance data is found and a refund is started, you can return to the result page using the same link to check the latest refund status. We recommend bookmarking or saving the result page until the refund has been completed.
